Thank you for this map of “what to expect next.” I just ended my 5, 1/2 year relationship. It was absolutely the right thing to do but it still sucks, I miss him, I’m mad at him, I’m sad…but I’m done with the mess that our relationship was.

Think I’m going to make a check-off list of the different wrong types I may encounter to hang on my fridge! LOL!
